She holds a PhD in Neuroscience and Psychology and designs AI-driven solutions to make education more inclusive and accessible. Her pedagogical innovations have been adopted across 13 countries, universities, and government programmes.
She has received multiple honours for her leadership in technology and higher education. Recently, Dr. Otermans spoke at the International Sustainability Academy on how AI can drive global learning inclusivity.

Dev is an award-winning AI expert with research experience at The Alan Turing Institute.
He was named a Global Young Innovator by Innovate UK and featured in Computing’s Rising Stars 2025. As the AI architect of OIAI, he has led digital education initiatives across 9+ countries.
In 2021, he was honoured by the UK Prime Minister for his work in digital learning. Dev continues to drive innovation in AI for education and global upskilling.
